Your role
We are seeking an additional group manager to lead a support engineering team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of technical support for our customers while managing and developing a team of support engineers.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our support processes and deliver excellent customer experiences.
What you will do:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of support engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
Provide technical guidance and expertise to the support team, assisting in troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries
Act as a point of contact for our customers, ensuring their voice is heard within the organization and advocating for their needs in product development and service enhancements
Collaborate and communicate closely internally with stakeholders to plan and prioritize customer issues, communicate product updates, and drive initiatives to improve overall customer experience
Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the support team, and coordinate training programs to enhance technical proficiency and customer service skills
Provide input for the service and support strategy
Coordinate with other Saab entities and help create the strategy for good service of our products across the whole world.
Your profile
This opportunity requires a person who likes to learn and work with many stakeholders. The candidates we are looking for are team players and people that are serious about their contributions in the team.
You have appropriate technical qualifications, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and some years of experience in management and/or project management.
You possess business acumen skills and know the importance and value of timely planning and communication.
We are in a global environment and therefore look for candidates with various backgrounds and experiences. We interact with each other and therefore need good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write English.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance from the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
